Our goal is to make this process efficient, enjoyable, and cost effective. If you're here, you probably know that hiring the wrong person is very expensive. When you work with a large search agency, you're often putting your jobs in the hands of a recruiter with very little experience. With us, you'll have direct contact with the person running your search, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping negotiate offers.
Legal Search & Recruitment
If there's a job in the Legal field, we've filled it. The majority of our work is in direct placement of employees at firms in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. It's where we excel. We want to understand the unique opportunities and challenges at your firm so that your next employee performs well and adds the the culture of your firm.
Retained Search
We're also available for retained search. Although this is less often a need with our clients, it can be much more cost effective and beneficial, especially during a time of high growth.
Corporate Training / Ongoing Education
We're happy to talk to your organization virtually or in person about best practices for Talent Acquisition. In 15 or 30 minutes we'll share a few processes you can put in place, at no cost, to attract better candidates, improve candidate experience, optimize organization, and become more effective interviewers.
